Learning Disabilities

We make the most dramatic difference with these students and their families. We often find that LD students are also gifted. Yet they believe they are stupid or even retarded, and can't learn. Their families may believe that, too. It is a great burden and sadness for students and families.

We find ways for students with Learning Blocks, Gaps, Phobias, Mental Differences to begin to learn and succeed in school. They become confident and aware of their abilities and value. They become enthusiastic about school and school work. They produce more and can learn faster, and their grades go up. They begin to be respected by their peers and family members. Our LD students no longer feel LD. Students and their families are overjoyed and family life is much happier.

Gifted

We love our high-flyers--our gifted/talented (G/T) students. Our tutors are G/T, too, so tutors and students often have intellectual friendships. We are boredom-busters for gifted students, satisfying their curiosity with information and discussion. We help Gifted students shoot for perfect SAT and ACT scores.
